Terms of Service

The short version: the site is informational, the wishlist is a conversation starter rather than a contract, the free resources are MIT licensed and provided as-is, and real engagements run on signed agreements. The details follow.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of www.classified.llc, operated by Classified Holdings LLC ("Classified", "we", "us"). By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Actual build engagements are governed by a separate written proposal and agreement between you and Classified; if anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
2. What the Site Is
The site describes our services, hosts free resources (including the skill library and AI guides), offers an interactive product demo, and provides a wishlist form for requesting a custom build. Content on the site is provided for general information and is not professional, legal, or financial advice.
3. Wishlist Submissions Are Not Orders
Submitting the wishlist is a request for a conversation, not a purchase. Complexity ratings, tiers, and any indicative figures shown on the site are estimates generated to help frame scope. Nothing on the site is a binding quote. Pricing, scope, and timelines are only fixed in a written proposal we both agree to.
4. Free Resources and the Skill Library
The skill library is open source and provided under the MIT license, including attribution notices in the repository. You may use, modify, and redistribute it under that license.
The library and guides are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Skills are instructions for AI systems; you are responsible for reviewing anything you install and for how your own systems use it.
5. The Demo
The interactive demo uses fictional sample data and illustrates the kind of system we build. It is a showroom, not a live account. Character names appearing in sample data are used as fictional placeholders only and imply no affiliation or endorsement.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the site: no scraping personal data, no spamming the forms, no probing or disrupting our infrastructure, no using the site to send unlawful or deceptive submissions. We may block traffic that does any of this.
7. Intellectual Property
The Classified name, logo, site design, and site content belong to Classified Holdings LLC except where a different license is stated (such as the MIT-licensed skill library). You may not copy our brand or present our work as your own.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classified Holdings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the free resources. Our total liability arising from the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. This limitation does not apply to paid engagements, which are governed by their own agreements.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
10. Changes and Contact
