Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can scope and build your system, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you like. The details follow.
1. Who We Are
Classified Holdings LLC ("Classified", "we", "us") operates www.classified.llc and builds custom AI systems for individuals and businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
2. What We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit the build wishlist or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the features and integrations you select, your budget ranges, your technical level, and anything you write in the free-text fields.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
3. How We Use It
We use your submission to review your request, estimate scope, and contact you about your build. That is the whole point of the form, and it is the only reason we ask for contact details.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers.
4. Where Your Submission Goes
Wishlist submissions are delivered to us by email and text message, posted to our private team workspace, and stored in our private records so we can prepare your scope. These delivery channels are internal to Classified.
We use service providers to make that work: website hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, and spreadsheet storage. Each provider processes your information only to provide its service to us.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
The public site does not use advertising cookies. We use a session cookie only for owner and client login to protected areas, and the browser's local storage to remember in-progress selections on interactive pages (like the wishlist and demo) so your work is not lost between visits. That data stays in your browser.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep wishlist submissions for as long as they are commercially relevant: while we are discussing or delivering your build, and for our records afterward. If you want your submission deleted, email us and we will remove it from our records.
7. Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email danzimm@classified.llc and we will handle it. If you receive an email or text from us and want no further contact, reply and say so; that is enough.
8. Security
Submissions travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS), our form endpoints are gated against abuse, and access to stored submissions is limited to Classified. No internet system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we would want ours treated.
9. Children
This site is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
